Who is the client?
Our client is a well-established UK organisation with a strong focus on cyber security, operational resilience and business continuity. As they continue to strengthen their cyber capabilities, they're looking to appoint a Cyber Resilience Analyst who can help develop, maintain and continuously improve their resilience strategy across the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative technology function where you'll work alongside Infrastructure, Security and Business teams to ensure critical services remain resilient and recoverable in the event of cyber incidents or major outages.
What will you be doing?
This is a governance-focused Cyber Resilience role, responsible for ensuring the organisation is prepared to respond to and recover from cyber incidents.
You'll take ownership of Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery documentation and Incident Response processes, working closely with technical teams to understand critical services, recovery priorities and business impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
