We are Hiring: Cyber Services Director

We are now looking for a Cyber Services Director to join our Leadership Team and take overall responsibility for the delivery, quality and growth of our cyber services function.

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing Managed and Professional Services, Customer Success, Project Management and Internal IT. You will own approximately £12m of services revenue, and be accountable for customer retention, service quality, profitability and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary cyber services organisation.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer CISOs, IT Directors and senior stakeholders.
  • Own customer retention, service quality, margin performance and revenue delivery.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex delivery, technical and customer issues.
  • Partner with Technology and Commercial teams to ensure services remain innovative, scalable and aligned to customer needs.
  • Contribute as a key member of the Leadership Team, helping shape the future direction of the business.

What We're Looking For

You will be an experienced senior leader from a cybersecurity services environment, with a strong background in Managed Services, MDR, SOC, DFIR and/or Professional Services delivery. You'll combine technical credibility with commercial awareness and have a proven ability to lead through others, developing high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
