Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

Junior Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst to support a growing intelligence function within an enterprise security team. Working alongside senior analysts, you will:

  • Collect, analyse, and contextualise threat data
  • Map adversary behaviour to MITRE ATT&CK
  • Track indicators, tactics, and IOCs, translating raw data into actionable intelligence for technical and business stakeholders

This role is ideal for someone early in their CTI career who is curious, detail-oriented, and keen to develop both analytical skills and automation expertise across a modular threat intelligence toolstack.

Key Responsibilities

Intelligence Collection & Analysis

  • Gather threat data from internal platforms, OSINT sources, and commercial intelligence feeds
  • Assess relevance and reliability of collected intelligence
  • Map adversary TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) to the MITRE ATT&CK framework

Indicator & Threat Tracking

  • Monitor IOCs (Indicators of Compromise), threat actors, campaigns, and emerging vulnerabilities
  • Maintain accurate, structured records in the team’s intelligence platform(s)

Reporting & Communication

  • Produce clear, concise intelligence reports, alerts, summaries, and stakeholder briefings
  • Tailor communications for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support senior analysts in in-depth threat assessments and ad-hoc requests

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
