Role: Cyber Threat Intelligence Team Lead (VP)

Location: London, Bank - 3 days in office.

Details:

  • Initial 6 month contract, with guaranteed conversion to perm within that period.
  • Perm salary: up to £125k base + bonus (VP Level)
  • Initial contract rate: TBC

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mature the organisation’s Threat Intelligence function and strategy.
  • Translate threat intelligence into actionable risk insights for business and security stakeholders.
  • Align threat intelligence outputs with GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
  • Embed threat intelligence into risk assessments, controls design, and assurance activities.
  • Oversee threat modelling, actor profiling, and vulnerability intelligence.
  • Partner with SOC, IR, and security engineering teams to operationalise intelligence.
  • Evaluate, implement and optimise threat intelligence platforms and security tooling.
  • Produce executive-level briefings on emerging threats, trends, and risk posture.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across cyber security practices.
