CyberArk Managed Identity Security (MIS) Consultant

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced CyberArk Managed Identity Security (MIS) Consultant to lead the implementation, integration, and optimisation of CyberArk's machine and workload identity management capabilities. The contractor will work closely with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve the security of secrets, certificates, service accounts, and non-human identities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and configuration of CyberArk MIS solutions.
  • Define and implement controls for machine identities, secrets, and certificates.
  • Integrate CyberArk with cloud platforms, applications, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling.
  • Develop onboarding strategies for service accounts, APIs, workloads, and applications.
  • Establish governance, operational processes, and support models.
  • Work with security and architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Managed Identity Security solutions.
  • Experience securing secrets, certificates, service accounts, and application identities.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and container platforms.
  • Experience integrating CyberArk with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.
  • Understanding of identity security, PAM, Zero Trust, and cloud security principles.

Key Deliverables

  • CyberArk MIS implementation and configuration.
  • Discovery and onboarding of service accounts and non-human identities.
  • Secrets management solution integrated with key business applications.
  • Certificate lifecycle management process and automation.
  • Integration with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Security standards, operating procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Risk assessment and remediation plan for unmanaged machine identities.
  • Knowledge transfer and handover to operational support teams.
  • Executive reporting on onboarding progress, compliance, and risk reduction.
