- £13.11 per hour (age 21+)
- £11.25 per hour (under 21)
About the Role
Got a passion for all things bike?
We’re looking for someone with unbridled enthusiasm for cycling and cycle services. While some technical skills are expected, thriving in customer-facing service is just as critical. This role will see you deliver outstanding standards of service, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of cycles—from kids’ bikes to premium, performance and electric cycles.
With hands-on responsibility for most service and repair work, you’ll also play a key part in training and developing team members, ensuring our high-quality standards are sustained. You’ll help customers restore, refine, and host their dream bike, combining technical precision with agility.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience from retail or cycle service environments, but if you have practical hands-on skills and a proven track record of exceptional customer service, we’re keen to help you grow. Whether delivering repairs or coaching colleagues under your belts, our comprehensive training programme will equip you for success.

To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Need
- Experience in service, build-in, and repair of diverse cycle types (e.g., kids, adult, electric, high-performance)
- Proven customer service excellence, preferably within retail or cycle-specific environments
- Ability to share expertise with new team members
- A results-driven attitude with a history of meeting sales and repair targets
- Availability to adhere to a rota, including weekend shifts
