The Opportunity

The Customer Care Administrator role serves as the first point of contact, delivering customer service, order processing, and relationship management while upholding Lifeplus’s values and standards.

Working across multiple communication channels, you’ll:

  • Provide support by resolving queries,
  • Process requests accurately,
  • Maintain precise records,
  • Foster long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

The role demands strong language skills, rigorous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to consistently delivering top-tier service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, escalating inbound queries efficiently and in compliance with company policies and SLAs.
  • Process customer orders, account adjustments, and administrative requests using internal systems.
  • Initiate outbound calls to resolve inquiries and update customers.
  • Cultivate positive relationships to encourage engagement and loyalty.
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate records and updating customer profiles.
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of Lifeplus products, processes, and operations to confidently assist customers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer care processes.
  • Stay current with operational updates, policies, and system changes.

Requirements

Essential

  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Fluent spoken and written Czech.
  • Proven experience in phone-based customer service or similar roles.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues through clear communication.
  • Technical proficiency in using computer systems to manage customer records.
  • Experience in accuracy-driven environments (e.g., administrative, compliance-focused roles).

Desirable

  • Additional fluency in European languages.
  • Prior experience processing customer orders or handling admin requests.
  • Background in multilingual customer service teams.
  • Experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer service platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales order processing or similar systems.

Terms

  • Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:15 ( UK time).
  • Office Attendance: Mandatory 1 day/month.
  • Salary: £26,500 (base).
  • Bonus: Performance-based, linked to business and individual success.
  • Salary Increment: After completing the structured LIFE Programme skills training, an additional £2,000 becomes part of contract.
