Research Executive (Czech/Slovak Speaking)
Do you speak Czech/Slovak fluently? Do you enjoy talking to people and building connections? Then this is your moment.
We’re looking for a Czech/Slovak-speaking Research Executive to join our growing team in Cardiff- and no, this is not your typical "job". This is a career launchpad.
💥 You'll be:
- Speaking with candidates daily across the Czech and Slovak markets, building strong relationships and understanding their career aspirations.
- Proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment tools, networking platforms, and market research techniques.
- Conducting candidate interviews and screening calls to assess skills, experience, motivations, and suitability for current and future opportunities.
- Building genuine relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment process rather than simply sending CVs.
- Matching talented professionals with exciting career opportunities by understanding both candidate ambitions and client requirements.
- Working closely with experienced Recruitment Consultants to support live vacancies and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the recruitment database to ensure a high standard of organisation and compliance.
- Learning how to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels, developing valuable sales and recruitment skills.
- Gaining specialist knowledge within the SAP and Technology recruitment markets, becoming an expert in your niche.
- Contributing to team targets and business growth while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment.

👤 What we're looking for:
- Fluent Czech and/or Slovak speaker (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Someone who enjoys speaking with people and building lasting relationships.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Resilient, ambitious, and eager to develop new skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or office experience is beneficial but not essential.
