We are seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Project Manager to lead a finance transformation programme for a leading Facilities Management organisation.
This role will oversee the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across 4–5 business subsidiaries as part of a wider transformation programme, working closely with internal business stakeholders and a third-party implementation partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of a D365 Business Central finance implementation across multiple business entities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, reporting directly to the CFO and Head of PMO.
- Take a highly consultative approach, helping shape the implementation roadmap while providing robust governance and challenge to the implementation partner.
- Manage the delivery partner effectively, ensuring accountability for programme milestones, quality, risks, and outcomes.
- Coordinate project delivery across multiple business units and locations, ensuring successful adoption and programme execution.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects, with a strong focus on finance.
- Excellent consultative skills, with the credibility to advise senior stakeholders and influence both internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong vendor and third-party management experience, with a track record of overseeing systems integrators through complex ERP implementations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive-level leadership.
- Experience delivering multi-company or multi-entity ERP rollouts within complex organisations.
