Job Description
I am actively seeking an enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst, offering skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, and expertise in warehousing business process, for an exciting opportunity to step into the UK Microsoft Partner channel!
My client is an expanding provider of Dynamics 365 software; with a fantastic team culture, and strong pipeline of new customer projects for the remainder of 2026 and beyond. They are looking to add to their growing consultancy team with a D365 BC specialist who is looking to extend their career with Dynamics in a partner environment - providing consultative training and the chance to work on several greenfield D365 BC implementations.
If you are currently implementing Business Central within an end user environment, and seeking to forge a career in partner based D365 consultancy, this could be a fantastic next step for you. This role is fully home based, with the expectation of occasional travel to customer site; project phase dependant.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working within a like minded functional consultancy team on all aspects of the end to end implementation cycle
- Business process analysis/ mapping, requirement gathering and functional design
- Supporting development team with system install/ configuration
- Involvement in user acceptance testing
- Key user training
- Go-live support and continuous system improvement post go-live

Skillset/ qualifications
- Experience in the end to end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Functional strengths in business requirement gathering/ process analysis, functional design, testing & training
- Firm understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central - with preferable competence in the warehousing/ inventory functionality and business process
- Understanding of WMS/ supply chain processes (preferable, not essential)
- Excellent communication/ stakeholder and user engagement skills
