D365 CE Business Analyst - Shape the Future of Dynamics 365 CE at Safetykleen

About Safetykleen

At Safetykleen, we help some of the world’s most critical industries operate more safely, efficiently and sustainably.

Across 15 countries, with more than 2,000 colleagues and over 1 million services delivered each year, we provide essential parts cleaning, waste collection, and environmental advisory services. Our solutions help customers reduce environmental impact and improve operational performance.

We have recently completed a business-transformational ERP migration and are now entering an exciting new chapter. We are building a high-performing technology team that will collaborate closely with business units to deliver best-of-breed capabilities across Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and emerging technologies. Join a global growth business investing optimally in systems, processes, data, and digital capabilities.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Business Analyst to help Safetykleen develop, refine, and maximise its platform’s potential.

This is a proactive Business Analyst (BA) role. You will work closely with stakeholders, end users, superusers, technology teams, and external partners to translate business challenges into clear requirements, practical solutions, and improved ways of working.

You’ll focus on optimising systems across Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service, enhancing processes, boosting adoption, and ensuring system use is consistent and scalable.

This is the ideal time to contribute—foundations are solid, appetite for improvement is strong, and ambitions are set to leverage technology, automation, and modern platforms for competitive advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
