Shape the Future of Dynamics 365 CE in a Global Growth Business

D365 CE Business Analyst

Brentford hybrid | Dynamics 365 CE | Power Platform | Sales | Field Service | Customer Service | Global transformation

About Safetykleen

At Safetykleen, we help some of the world’s most critical industries operate more safely, efficiently and sustainably.

Across 15 countries, more than 2,000 colleagues and over 1 million services delivered each year, we provide essential parts cleaning, waste collection and environmental advisory services that help customers reduce environmental impact and improve operational performance.

We have recently completed a business-transformational ERP migration and are now entering an exciting new chapter. We are building a high-performing technology team that will partner closely with the business to deliver best-of-breed capability across Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and emerging technologies.

This is a strong opportunity to join a global business investing properly in systems, process, data and digital capability.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a D365 CE Business Analyst to help shape how Safetykleen develops, improves and gets the very best from its Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.

This is a pro-active BA role. You will sit close to the business, working with stakeholders, end users, super users, technology teams and D365 partners to turn business challenges into clear requirements, practical solutions and better ways of working.

You will support improvements across Sales, Field Service and Customer Service, helping the business optimise processes, improve adoption and use the platform in a smarter, more consistent and scalable way.

You will be joining at the right time: strong foundations are in place, the appetite for improvement is high, and there is a clear ambition to use technology, automation and modern platform capability to create real competitive advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
