Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
📍 London (3 days per week) | 💰 £60,000–£75,000 + Benefits
A leading Microsoft consultancy is looking for Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultants to join its growing London team, delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes across the public sector and regulated industries.
If you're looking to work on complex, high-profile projects where you'll own the functional lifecycle from discovery through to delivery, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing
- Running client workshops and gathering business requirements
- Designing functional solutions across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Configuring solutions hands-on using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Owning requirements through to a live, working solution
- Advising clients and acting as a trusted functional expert throughout delivery
This is a true Functional Consultant position. ❌ Not a Business Analyst role where requirements are handed over to someone else. ❌ Not a Developer role focused on custom code. ❌ Not a Solution Architect position responsible for technical architecture.

We're looking for someone with
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Experience leading workshops and translating business needs into working solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- A commercial mindset and consultancy approach
- Ability to commute to London three days per week

The opportunity
📍 London office 3 days per week, with occasional client travel
💰 £60,000–£75,000 depending on experience
