Microsoft D365 CRM Functional Consultant (Power Platform) – Fully Remote – £50,000
THE COMPANY:
A well-established Microsoft Solutions Partner is looking to expand its Dynamics 365 practice following continued business growth and a number of major project wins. Specialising in industry-focused Microsoft solutions, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. With an established presence in the UK and exciting expansion into international markets, including the US and Europe, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy with ambitious plans.
THE ROLE:
We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join an experienced delivery team working across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform.
This is a highly customer-facing consultancy role where you'll lead workshops, gather business requirements, and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions for customers. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects
- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
- Design and deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Act as the trusted advisor for customers throughout project delivery
- Produce functional documentation and solution designs
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with technical consultants and project managers to ensure successful project delivery

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have:
- 2+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Functional Consultant
- Previous Microsoft Partner consultancy experience
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
- Commercial experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Confidence leading customer workshops and gathering business requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple client projects
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
