D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Product Owner
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Product Owner to take ownership of their CRM platform, driving its strategic direction, roadmap, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring the D365 CE platform delivers maximum value and supports key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise the D365 CE product roadmap and backlog.
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and third-party partners to deliver platform enhancements.
- Drive adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the D365 CE estate.
- Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, testing, and releases.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and customer experience objectives.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- A track record of delivering successful CRM and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong Agile and backlog management experience.
