Technical Architect | Microsoft Business Applications & Azure

📍 London (3 days per week) | 💰 Circa £95,000 + Benefits - Visa sponsorship available

One of the UK's leading Microsoft digital transformation consultancies is looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale Microsoft programmes across central government, public sector and regulated organisations.

This isn't a role for someone who's recently moved into architecture. We're looking for someone who has genuinely operated as a Technical Architect on complex enterprise programmes and can combine technical leadership with credible client-facing consultancy.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications and Azure solutions
  • Architecting complex integrations with third-party platforms (payments, identity, company data, etc.)
  • Defining data models and providing technical leadership through delivery
  • Representing solutions at Technical Design Boards and governance forums
  • Advising senior stakeholders on technical strategy, solution design and business cases
  • Working closely with customers throughout the full project lifecycle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
