D365 CRM Developer

D365 CRM Developer – £60k - UK (remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our dynamic technology team within a leading financial services organization. This role is pivotal in the design, development, and integration of a bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, tailored to meet the unique needs of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including workflows, entities, forms, and plugins.
  • Integrate third-party software with Dynamics 365 using APIs and custom connectors.
  • Develop and maintain C# plugins and custom components to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Produce management information (MI) through SQL reporting, supporting business insights and operational decision-making.
  • Contribute to the data engineering of the reporting database, ensuring optimal data structure, performance, and scalability.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrated systems.
  • Participate in system architecture planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and integrated systems.
  • Document system configurations, development processes, and integration protocols.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET development, particularly in writing plugins and custom workflows
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party software integration
  • Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure services
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), including customization and configuration
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server, including writing complex queries and building reports

Location

This role is remote but you would be expected to go into the Bristol office 3x a year.

Salary

£60k
