Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant - (£70,000 - £75,000) – Fully Remote – UK

THE COMPANY:

A growing Microsoft Solutions Partner is looking to add an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant to its expanding Power Platform practice. The business delivers industry-specific Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to customers across the UK and internationally and has built an excellent reputation for innovation, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform projects. This is a customer-facing consultancy role where you'll work across the full project lifecycle, helping customers design, implement, and optimise CRM solutions while acting as a subject matter expert within the Power Platform.

  • Deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation projects
  • Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering
  • Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CRM using the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Design practical solutions that align with customer business objectives
  • Deliver customer demonstrations, presentations, and end-user training
  • Support integrations and ongoing platform development
  • Ensure projects are delivered using structured development and deployment processes
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Strong commercial experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience using AI capabilities and Microsoft Copilot within Power Platform
  • Strong consultancy skills with experience leading customer workshops and gathering requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience delivering customer training and demonstrations
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Microsoft PL-900 certification is essential
  • PL-600 certification would be highly advantageous
