Salary - Up to £80,000 depending on experience
About the Opportunity
We are a growing technology consultancy that helps organisations improve the way they work through business systems, process improvement, and digital solutions. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project delivery from initiation through to completion, and ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and internal teams.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technology implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will coordinate resources, monitor project progress, manage risks, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll play a key role in improving delivery processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping maintain a consistent, high-quality project management approach across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
- Create and maintain project schedules, delivery plans, and milestones.
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
- Monitor project budgets, timescales, and resource utilisation.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Track project performance against agreed objectives and commercial targets.
- Coordinate project tasks across technical teams and client stakeholders.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements during workshops and project meetings.
- Support successful project handovers into ongoing operational support where required.
- Contribute to the refinement of project management processes, documentation, and delivery standards.
- Assist with internal business improvement projects as required.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience managing IT or business systems implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience producing clear project documentation and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client expectations and project objectives.
Desirable
- Project management certification (such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent).
- Experience delivering enterprise software or business application projects.
- Knowledge of cloud-based business platforms, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation solutions.
- Familiarity with development lifecycle tools and change management processes.
