D365 Customer Insights Journeys Developer
Duration: Contract
Workload: Full time hours
Setup: Day rate inside IR35
Location: London UK, 3 days on site required.
Our client is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys Developer to design, configure, and optimise customer engagement solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Sales to meet business requirements.
- Develop and enhance solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CI-J) to support customer engagement and marketing automation.
- Build automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain existing D365 solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
- Support integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, SharePoint, and third-party applications.
- Produce technical documentation, configuration guides, and solution designs.

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales configuration and development.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate workflow development.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 integrations and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.
