D365 Functional Consultant
We’re working with a great organisation kicking off a greenfield Dynamics 365 CE implementation, and they’re looking for a Configurator to help shape and optimise the platform from day one.
If you enjoy working closely with the business, owning configuration, and driving real process improvements, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Configuring Dynamics 365 (Sales/Customer Service etc.) to meet business needs
- Turning requirements into workflows, automations, forms, and dashboards
- Working closely with users, developers, and stakeholders
- Managing security roles, permissions, and data quality
- Supporting UAT, releases, and ongoing improvements
- Troubleshooting issues and continuously optimising the system

What they’re looking for:
- Strong experience configuring D365 (ideally CE modules)
- Good understanding of business processes (CRM / operations)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Someone who can translate requirements into clean, effective solutions
- Strong stakeholder skills and attention to detail
