Description
We are seeking an experienced D365 CI-J Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires extensive expertise in configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights – Journeys modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize D365 Sales module in alignment with business requirements.
- Develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (CI-J) to enable robust customer engagement capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement flows and automation processes using Power Automate, enhancing platform functionality and streamlining processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions to ensure system performance and scalability.
- Perform regular system testing, updates, and enhancements, adhering to best practices in D365 development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of D365 solutions with other business applications.
- Create technical documentation, including configuration guides, design specs, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with D365 Sales: Proven hands-on experience in configuring and developing within the Dynamics 365 Sales module.
- Customer Insights - Journeys Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Customer Insights – Journeys module and its features.
- Proficiency in Power Automate: Ability to create, deploy, and manage flows to automate and streamline business processes.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 ecosystem and how its modules interconnect.
- Solid grasp of Microsoft Dataverse, plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
- Basic integration knowledge of D365 with other Microsoft tools and third-party apps (e.g., Power Apps, SharePoint).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging expertise, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 [Specific Functional Certification like “Sales Functional Consultant Associate” or Customer Insights-related certification].
- Experience in deploying and managing marketing automation solutions in Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Knowledge of customer engagement strategies or CRM workflows to optimize business outcomes.
- Experience in agile or scrum development environments.
