Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Functional Consultant
Location: UK Remote (occasional travel to customer sites)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits
Nigel Frank is recruiting on behalf of a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy looking to add a Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Functional Consultant to its Professional Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Microsoft Partner delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions for customers across a variety of industries. You'll work closely with clients throughout the full project lifecycle, helping them get the most from their Microsoft technology while delivering high-quality consultancy and system configuration.
The Role
You'll be responsible for gathering requirements, running workshops and translating business needs into practical Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Working across multiple client projects, you'll play a hands-on role in configuring applications, supporting implementations and ensuring successful project delivery from discovery through to go-live.

This is a customer-facing consultancy role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving business problems and delivering modern Microsoft solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through customer workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Support customers throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.
- Deliver user training, demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Work alongside technical consultants, developers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist with testing, solution improvements and future product enhancements.
- Provide ongoing functional guidance and best practice recommendations to customers.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with experience across Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform in either a consultancy, administration or functional role.

Ideally you'll have experience with:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service or related modules)
- Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Running workshops and translating business processes into system solutions
- User training and customer support
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner or delivering customer projects would be advantageous but isn't essential.
