D365 & Power Platform Lead
Lead D365 & Power Platform Developer – London (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a hands-on Lead D365 & Power Platform Developer to take ownership of a CRM and shape how the platform is used moving forward.
The current setup’s become a bit over-engineered, so this is a chance to strip things back, rebuild properly, and implement best practice across the board. You’ll be working closely with a Technical Architect, mentoring a junior, and getting stuck into the build yourself.
What you’ll be doing: Leading a full rebuild of a D365 CE CRM (Customer Service / Sales focus) Hands-on development across Power Platform (Model-driven, Canvas, Power Automate) Improving and simplifying an overly layered system Working closely with stakeholders. Translating requirements and bringing them on the journey Owning DevOps, releases, and overall platform quality

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
