D365FO Developer | Outside IR35 | Remote | Up to £700/day

A contract D365FO Developer is required to support a large-scale Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programme.

You’ll join an established delivery team working across ongoing development, integrations, customisation, and platform improvements. The environment is complex, with a strong focus on reliable delivery and hands-on technical ownership.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting D365FO solutions across finance and operational processes.

  • Develop and customise solutions within D365 Finance & Operations
  • Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems
  • Work with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop extensions, workflows, reports, and data entities
  • Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues
  • Contribute to technical design, documentation, and development standards

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience developing within D365FO
  • Solid experience with X++ and the D365FO development framework
  • Experience building integrations using APIs, OData, or Azure services
  • Strong understanding of extensions, data entities, workflows, and reporting
  • Experience working across full D365FO implementation or transformation programmes
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote contract environment
