Dairy Service Engineer Supervisor

Service Team Supervisor – Advanced Milking Technologies (DeLaval Dealer)

Location: Attleborough, South of England

About the Role

At T H White Dairy, we’re a leading DeLaval dealer, driving innovation across the UK’s dairy sector with cutting-edge milking technologies, including robotic milking systems and parlour solutions. We’re now looking for an experienced Engineer to take on our Service Team Supervisor role—a hands-on leadership position overseeing a specialist team across the South of England.

As Service Team Supervisor, your responsibility will be to drive our service sevenfold. 75% of your role will be on-site, tackling installations, routine servicing, and break-down response for both automated milking systems and conventional parlours, while the remaining 25% is office-based in our Attleborough depot.

You’ll manage our depot’s service goals, allocate tasks, ensure team development and welfare, and coordinate across short- and long-term customer needs—always with an eye on scheduling and client satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Install, service and repair conventional and robotic milking parlours
  • Utilise hands-on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical engineering expertise in the field

Team Management & Supervision

  • Supervise and allocate roles and tasks for the dairy service team in Attleborough
  • Maintain and schedule the call-out rota to ensure optimal coverage
  • Oversee holiday planning and manage short-term absences effectively

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
