The Opportunity

Ready to join a pioneering AgTech global leader driving innovation and revolutionizing dairy farming practices across the UK?

We are seeking a Dairy Tech Consultant to join an innovative, forward-thinking organization. In this role, you’ll blend technical expertise with commercial insight to support an industry-leading product portfolio. Working closely with sales teams and dealer partners, you will provide the technical and commercial guidance that strengthens relationships, accelerates sales activity, and unlocks new market opportunities. What You’ll Do (Role Responsibilities)

  • Expert Guidance: Act as the commercial and technical expert for our product portfolio, providing hands-on support to sales teams and dealer partners.
  • Training & Coaching: Deliver engaging product training, coaching, and technical resources to a range of audiences to drive product adoption and sales success.
  • Launch & Commercial Execution: Support new product launches, upgrades, and commercial initiatives to ensure successful market adoption.
  • Commercial Insights: Monitor sales performance, CRM utilization, and pipeline management while contributing to budget development and sales forecasting.
  • Tool Development: Create commercial tools, sales materials, and product resources to enhance customer engagement and dealer success.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and industry-wide to support product development, elevate brand awareness, and maximize market potential.

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience)

  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in a commercial, sales, or technical advisory role within agriculture.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of agriculture, livestock management, and/or agricultural machinery.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to learn complex technical concepts and explain them simply and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: A practical, data-driven approach to problem-solving, with strong IT literacy and experience managing CRM/pipelines.
  • Drive & Autonomy: Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative.
  • Mobility: A clean UK driving license and the flexibility for regular travel to support customers, dealers, and attend industry events.
