What Does The Role Entail?
As our Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure that our valued customers get the most out of our products. From guiding them through the initial onboarding process to providing ongoing support and training, you'll be their go-to person for all things product-related.
In this field-based role, you will meet our customers directly, guaranteeing they are fully equipped to utilise our products to meet their operational needs. Embrace the opportunity to be an integral part of new product introductions and stay active throughout the customer's journey.

Your Responsibilities:
- Turn into a Product Expert: You will develop a deep understanding of our livestock dairy technology solutions to assist customers more effectively.
- Master Customer Onboarding & Training: You will help customers through the initial onboarding process, ensuring they make the most out of our products.
- Become a Farm Routine Advisor: You will evaluate farm routines and recommend changes for optimization, leading to full implementation of our technology.
- Provide Ongoing Product Support: You will readily address customers' inquiries related to product functionality and usage.
- Be a Commercial Promoter: You will identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and upgrades to our existing customers.
What You Bring:
- Several years of customer-facing role experience, preferably in customer success, customer training, or account management
- A deep understanding and passion for the agriculture and dairy livestock industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in English
- An ability to work proactively, independently, and as part of a team

Additional Requirements:
- You must be available to travel to customer sites 50% or more of the time.
Profile:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, customer training, or account management
- Deep understanding and passion for the agriculture and dairy livestock industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively, both independently and as part of a team
