Damp and Mould Surveyor

I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Damp and Mould Surveyor within social housing.
As a Damp and Mould Surveyor you will be:
- Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
- Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
- Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
- Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties.
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
- Experience within social housing.
- Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections.
