About the Role
Enjoy hybrid working with paid business mileage in a temporary Damp and Mould Surveyor role with a prominent Housing Association. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the introduction of Awaabs law, where your damp and mould knowledge will directly support the reduction of cases for this HA while working in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
As a Damp and Mould Surveyor you will be:
- Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
- Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
- Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
- Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.
Requirements

- Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
- Experience within social housing
- Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections
Compensation and Benefits
The interim role is offering:
- Hybrid working
- Weekly pay Via Umbrella
- A competitive hourly rate of £35-37 per hour
Location & Travel
This role is a hybrid opportunity with in Worcestershire. Business mileage is covered with hybrid working offering an excellent work-life balance.
