Responsibilities
Engage with customers in Danish and English regarding their banking needs and inquiries Utilize your sales expertise to identify opportunities for upselling banking products and services Support customers in navigating account setups, product applications, and transactions Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Stay updated on banking policies and market trends to provide informed assistance

Fluent in Danish and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a banking or sales capacity, is required Demonstrated sales skills with a history of achieving sales objectives Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written Capacity to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is preferred Willingness to relocate to Malta and integrate into a new working environment
