We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Data Administrator to join our Criminal Justice Team in Manchester service. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively with our Criminal Justice Team to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all the people we work with. You will work closely with all the teams and the wider data teams to ensure effective and timely reporting of outcomes for the people who access our services.
Where: Manchester
Hours: part time - 20 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About the role:
- To work with the CJ Team, Data Team, and Management team to ensure that robust systems are in place to collate and manage the data systems for the services.
- Support the data analyst/ senior data analyst to produce reports for internal colleagues to aid service development.
- Monitor and manage incoming referrals and support with external transfers.
- To support in training and inductions to new staff and refresher training and support for the team.
- To support with communications and booking appointments for people who access our services.
- To maintain and update information databases as required, in a timely and accurate manner.
- To work with the CJ Team, Data Team, and management team to ensure that data and recording requirements are fulfilled and that information is shared and disseminated in a professional and timely manner.
- To attend relevant meetings and forums as requested.

About you:
- Knowledge of substance misuse treatment systems
- Experience of working in an office environment with responsibility for administration
- Experience of managing data systems
- IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing.
- An excellent understanding of both the technical and human dimensions of data collection processes
- The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
- Able to demonstrate a positive solution-oriented and flexible approach.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Show a capacity to work alone and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
- Understand and have a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity and diversity.

- Show commitment to facilitating positive outcomes for service users.
