About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join a growing remote team.
Whether you have experience in Data Administration, Data Entry, Office Administration, Business Support, Customer Service, Administration, or you're looking to begin a career in data management, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with full training provided.
As a Data Administrator, you'll help maintain accurate business records, update company databases, verify information, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Data Administrator, you will:
- Enter, update, and maintain business data with accuracy.
- Verify and validate information across multiple systems.
- Manage company databases and digital records.
- Process customer, supplier, and business information.
- Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
- Organise digital files and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support business operations through efficient data management.
- Assist with administrative tasks and record management.
- Ensure confidential information is handled securely.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, accurate, and enjoys working with data.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience as a Data Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Business Support Administrator, Records Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, or Operations Administrator is beneficial but not essential.
