Who We’re Looking For
Ambitious individuals who want to launch an impactful career in data & AI, including:
✅ A 2:1 degree or higher in any field (except Computer Science) ✅ Passion for problem-solving and tech ✅ Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills ✅ Right to work in the UK
Salary & Progression
Your earnings just keep growing:
📅 During training phase: £24,500 prorata (salary included) 🧭 Client projects:
- Months 0–6: £32,250
- Months 6–12: £33,250
- Months 12–18: £42,500*
- Months 18–24: £45,000* (Subject to performance)
🚀 Beyond Two Years? Consultants typically progress to £60,000+
