Who We're Looking For

We're always on the lookout for ambitious individuals who are ready to launch an impactful career in data and AI, with:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in any discipline (STEM or non-STEM) excluding Computer Science
- A passion for problem-solving and technology
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability
- The right to work in the UK
Salary & Progression
You'll receive a £32,250 starting salary when you begin your first client project.
Before that, you’ll complete 15 weeks of fully salaried training (£24,500 pro rata), giving you the skills and confidence to succeed before you step into your first role.
From there, your salary increases regularly as you progress:
- 0–6 months (on client): £24,500
- 6–12 months: £33,250
- 12–18 months: £42,500*
- 18–24 months: £45,000* Subject to performance milestones
Beyond the two-year programme, consultants typically progress to £60,000+
