Position Overview

We are seeking a result-driven Data & AI Growth & Solutions Sales leader to accelerate business growth by expanding strategic customer relationships and driving the adoption of Data & AI services and purpose-built platforms. As part of our Europe Data & AI practice, you will own a portfolio of customer accounts and be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new Data & AI opportunities across existing and new clients.

Working closely with our account teams, industry leaders, solution consultants, alliance partners, and delivery teams, you will help Coforge customers unlock business value through modern data platforms, artificial intelligence, analytics, cloud data services, automation, and industry-specific AI offerings. As the face of Coforge’s Data & AI innovation to our enterprise clients, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic narratives, crafting differentiating solutions, and enabling our delivery and CoE teams to scale what you sell.

Key Responsibilities

Profitable Revenue Growth

  • Develop and Execute a Data & AI sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and margin growth expectations.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new Data & AI opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
  • Own and deliver the Data & AI revenue targets for a specific portfolio of accounts in UK/Europe, including GenAI-led pursuits and advisory engagements.
  • Lead strategic pursuits across key verticals (BFS, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, Public Sector), shaping deals in alignment with client transformation needs.
  • Build, curate, and manage a robust sales pipeline across Data & AI consulting, platform modernisation, cloud & AI adoption, and managed services.

Solution Curation & Selling

  • Ability to visualise and conceptualise futuristic Data & AI solutions against the specific business problems and effectively articulate ideas/solution to the CXO level customer stakeholders.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value propositions and measurable ROI.
  • Promote and sell the organisation's portfolio of Data & AI platform offerings, repeatable solutions, and solution accelerators.
  • Work with solution consultants and presales leads and technology specialists in ensuring high-quality responses across RFPs, PoCs, and client workshops.
  • Co-create compelling solution narratives leveraging Coforge’s IPs, frameworks, accelerators, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data & AI Delivery Heads and CoE/Practice teams to ensure solution feasibility, innovation, and alignment with GTM narratives.

Client Engagement

  • Act as the trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including CTOs, CDOs, and Heads of Innovation, shaping AI transformation journeys.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions and implementation roadmaps to the CXO level customer stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops, roadshows, and thought-leadership events to build mindshare and brand recall for Coforge’s Data & AI capabilities.
  • Evangelise Coforge’s Data and advanced analytics solution offerings and USP.
  • Evangelise GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG-based solutions, and LLMOps as transformation enablers in enterprise AI programs.

Partner & Ecosystem Alignment

  • Work closely with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), GenAI platform vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face), and ISVs (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir) to shape joint GTMs and co-sell motions.
  • Help define market-facing bundles and offerings with the Global CoE and marketing team to amplify outreach.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 15+ years in IT services, with 10+ in a client-facing Data, AI, and Analytics sales/presales leadership role in the UK market.
  • Tech Fluency: Expert on Data and Analytics solution architectures and technology solution options. Experience in architecting modern data platforms, data lakehouse/cloud-native platforms, visualisation, and advanced analytics solutions. Good understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, AI/ML and ML and LLMOps.
  • Industry Awareness: Exposure to heterogeneous industry domains across BFS, Insurance, Travel, Hospitality, retail, MFG, etc., and their typical problem statements and solution options.
  • Sales DNA: Demonstrated track record of owning and achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets for complex tech services or AI solutions. Track record of selling large deals in data, Analytics, and AI or hybrid data deals in UK/EU markets.
  • Sales Operations: Ability to curate and manage the sales KPIs in a structured manner and continuously work on and improve the KPIs that projects an upward growth trajectory.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build, manage, and inspire presales teams to meet aggressive revenue and win-rate goals. Should show a proven track record of owning hard revenue and TCV targets along with a penchant to develop innovative solutions.
  • Client-Centric: Excellent executive presence, consultative selling skills, and ability to connect AI innovation to real-world business outcomes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in engineering/technology or related; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
