Are you an experienced Data & AI Program Manager who enjoys leading complex enterprise transformation programmes and delivering measurable business outcomes?
We’re looking for a Data & AI Program Manager to partner with a leading Data & AI consultancy. In this role, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of large-scale analytics, engineering, AI, and cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
This is a highly client-facing role, where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution from strategy through implementation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead enterprise Data & AI programmes across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through completion.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, technical stakeholders, and executive teams.
- Drive programme governance, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud teams.
- Translate technical delivery into measurable business outcomes for clients.
- Manage programme roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery and expand client engagements.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience managing enterprise Data, AI, Analytics, or Digital Transformation programmes in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical programmes.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics, and AI solutions.
- Excellent programme governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
- Experience working across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and C-level executives.
- A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced consulting environments.
