The role:
The Data & AI Solutions Consultant is a senior, highly consultative technical-commercial role within Corndel’s Solutions function. Reporting to the Director of Data & AI Solutions, you will spend the majority of your time working directly with clients to shape high quality Data & AI solutions that align to organisational strategy, capability needs, and transformation priorities.

You will act as a trusted advisor in Data, Digital & AI, helping clients navigate complex requirements and translating these into compelling, delivery-feasible solutions. You will ensure solution integrity, elevate the quality of proposals, and strengthen Corndel’s positioning in major Data & AI opportunities.

Alongside client-facing work, you will support enablement, opportunity prioritisation, and continuous improvement of our GTM approach, helping our New Client Acquisition and Account Management teams build confidence, capability, and consistency when selling Data & AI solutions. You will also play a role in capturing and representing the voice of customer, ensuring market insight informs proposition evolution and sales strategy.

This role is ideal for someone with deep Data/AI expertise, strong consultative capability, and a passion for helping enterprise organisations build modern digital capability at scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
