We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our growing Data & AI practice and help deliver innovative technology solutions for enterprise clients.
As a Tech Lead, you'll combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, guiding teams through complex data and AI challenges from discovery to production. You'll work closely with engineers, product and delivery teams, as well as client stakeholders, to shape scalable solutions that deliver real business value.
What you'll do
- Lead the technical direction of complex data and AI projects
- Design and deliver scalable, secure data platforms and products
- Work with clients to shape solutions and provide technical guidance
- Support and mentor engineers, creating high-performing teams
- Champion agile, lean engineering practices and continuous improvement
- Translate technical decisions into clear business outcomes

What we're looking for
You'll have strong experience building modern data solutions and leading engineering teams, with expertise across areas such as:
- Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Data engineering, pipelines, ETL, governance and analytics
- Modern data platforms such as Databricks and dbt
- AI-enabled data solutions and emerging technologies
- Data architecture patterns including Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Fabric and RAG
- Programming languages such as SQL, Python, PySpark, Scala or R
