Role Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed decision-making and business improvement. This role involves transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights, identifying trends and patterns, and providing data-driven recommendations to support organizational goals.

The Data Analyst collaborates with business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand data requirements, develop analytical solutions, and deliver accurate reports and dashboards. Responsibilities include:

  • Data collection
  • Data cleaning
  • Statistical analysis
  • Visualization
  • Performance tracking
  • Presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of data analysis principles, methodologies, and analytical techniques.
  • Ability to collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, spreadsheets, databases, and visualization platforms.
  • Ability to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation methods.
  • Ability to use SQL or similar tools for data querying and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple analytical tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Commitment to data quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
