Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives that enable informed decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data while contributing to projects that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
The Data Analyst will assist in gathering data from multiple sources, validating data quality, performing exploratory analysis, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying meaningful trends and insights. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable information that supports business objectives.

- Collecting and organizing structured and unstructured data
- Cleaning and validating datasets
- Performing statistical and quantitative analysis
- Creating visualizations
- Preparing recurring reports
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Identifying data anomalies
- Supporting business analysis activities
- Documenting analytical findings
- Contributing to process improvements that enhance data quality and reporting efficiency

The Data Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, finance, operations, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful analytical outputs. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting data-driven projects
- Assisting with dashboard development
- Maintaining data documentation
- Validating business metrics
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
- Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and business intelligence concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and managing structured data.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is preferred.
- Understanding of databases, data structures, and data quality management principles.
- Ability to clean, validate, organize, and analyze large datasets accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and understand business requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with data analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to develop analytical and business skills in a collaborative environment.
