Data Analyst
Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making and operational excellence. The successful candidate will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing reports and dashboards
- Performing data validation and quality checks
- Preparing data visualizations
- Presenting analytical findings to business stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
- Understand business requirements
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support strategic initiatives
- Provide data-driven recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, and data visualization best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is an advantage.
- Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data quality management principles.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate analytical findings into business insights.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement in data analytics and business intelligence.
