Data Analyst

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making and operational excellence. The successful candidate will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing reports and dashboards
  • Performing data validation and quality checks
  • Preparing data visualizations
  • Presenting analytical findings to business stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to:

  • Understand business requirements
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support strategic initiatives
  • Provide data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, and data visualization best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is an advantage.
  • Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data quality management principles.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate analytical findings into business insights.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement in data analytics and business intelligence.
