We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about uncovering the story behind the numbers and using it to drive meaningful outcomes. How You’ll Shine
- Transform data into clear, actionable insights that improve performance and customer outcomes
- Design intuitive Power BI dashboards that bring our key metrics to life
- Support multi-channel campaigns (dialler, SMS, email, post) with accurate, well-structured data
- Deliver insights on campaign effectiveness, performance trends, and operational quality
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and improve data integrity
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to align data with business goals

What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with Power BI and data analysis (SQL, databases, or programming exposure is a plus)
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Fabric, SharePoint, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail
- A natural ability to connect the dots and translate data into meaningful insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence communicating insights in a simple, engaging way
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for learning and continuous improvement
