Team Overview
The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Role Overview
You will play a key role within the business unit, supporting the preparation of accurate reporting and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing data to support data driven decision making within the business unit. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Location: Head Office, Banbridge
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm
- Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
- Responsible to: Operational Excellence Manager

What You'll Be Doing
- Collecting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing data using tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Integrating data from multiple sources.
- Analysing datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Conducting statistical analysis to support business decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Developing interactive dashboards and visualisations.
- Resolving reporting challenges.
- Leading training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Supporting ad hoc data requests.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of data documentation and reporting standards.
