Senior Data Analyst (Customer Insights) | Banking

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Milton Keynes

Rate: £600 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: Initial 10-month contract

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a leading UK financial services organisation on an initial 10-month contract.

This role is ideal for an analyst who thrives on turning complex customer data into meaningful insights that influence business decisions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify customer opportunities, build insightful reporting, and provide data-driven recommendations that shape strategy and improve business outcomes.

This is an insight-led analytical role rather than a data engineering or data modelling position.

The Role

You'll be responsible for analysing customer and business data to uncover trends, identify opportunities and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Working with business stakeholders across the organisation, you'll translate analytical findings into insights that drive customer engagement, commercial performance and strategic decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
