Company Description
TripBooka.com is building the platform that helps independent travel advisors compete with the biggest names in travel.
For too long, independent advisors have relied on word of mouth, social media and fragmented tools to grow their businesses, while large online travel companies have dominated through technology and marketing spend. We believe travellers deserve more choice, better service and holidays designed by real experts who genuinely care about their clients.
TripBooka combines marketplace technology, workflow automation and AI to help independent travel advisors attract new customers, manage bookings, build lasting customer relationships and grow their businesses, all from one platform.
We're still at the beginning of our journey, making this an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious startup and help shape the future of independent travel.
Role Description
We're looking for our first permanent Data Analyst to join TripBooka.
This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage startup and help build our data capability from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success to turn data into meaningful insights that drive better decisions.
Whether it's understanding customer behaviour, measuring feature adoption, identifying growth opportunities or improving the customer experience, your work will directly influence the future of TripBooka.
This is a full-time remote role for candidates based in the UK. While you'll primarily work remotely, we'd love someone who enjoys getting together with the team in Newcastle upon Tyne from time to time for planning sessions, collaboration and team meetups.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We also welcome candidates who have developed their analytical skills through work experience, personal projects, bootcamps or self-directed learning.
If this role excites you, we'd encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. We'd much rather speak to someone with strong potential and a passion for solving problems than miss out on a great candidate because they don't tick every box.
