Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Managing Director and senior leaders to gather and interpret business data.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for strategic decision-making.
- Track KPIs and identify trends to enhance efficiency and revenue growth.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on customer and marketing insights.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, integrity, and GDPR requirements.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Ability to derive actionable business insights from data
- Expertise with data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
- Understanding of GDPR, data security, and governance

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing, predictive analytics, or machine learning
- Experience in the home-buying, property, or legal sector
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, programming languages, or BI platforms
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention analytics, and marketing attribution models
