About the Role: Purchase to Pay Data Analyst (Global Finance Operations)
Location & Work Arrangement
- Based in Amsterdam and London (hybrid policy: 3 days from the office)
In this role, as a Purchase to Pay Data Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into actionable business insights while ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance in our global finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret P2P data using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports on purchasing and invoice health.
- Develop data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns within complex datasets to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize reporting needs and simplify complex requirements.
- Maintain data systems while enforcing global compliance and control standards.
- Communicate findings clearly to guide stakeholders in making right decisions across the business.
- Support team members with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

What to Bring to the Team
- Strong experience in Computer Science fundamentals and data structures.
- Proven track record as a Data or Business Analyst with a passion for analytics-based excellence.
- Deep mastery of reporting packages and statistical methodologies applied to business problems.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Workday, and Google/Microsoft applications.
- A analytical mindset with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to build internal and external data accuracy through collaboration.
- Excellent communication—balancing technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, responsible problem-solver with an impact-driven mindset.
- Commitment to teamwork and growth—lifting others in a supportive culture.
