GoHenry is seeking an experienced and self-driven Data Analyst to be a pivotal part of our Data team, providing insights that drive our product forward and help millions of kids and teens build good financial habits. Key technologies are BigQuery, Dataform, Tableau, Veezoo, Amplitude and Monte Carlo.

This role is based in our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely provided you are willing to travel to London when needed. You will be a key member of the Data team, a vibrant group of analysts and engineers dedicated to mastering our craft.

What you will do at GoHenry:

  • Work with people across the business to deeply understand their objectives, providing analysis and insight to drive the product forwards.
  • Present critical insights and strategic recommendations to others in a way that is impactful but easy to understand.
  • Proactively perform in-depth data analysis to identify and understand anomalies.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to structure, run, and analyse A/B tests, using statistical techniques to ensure reliable findings that improve the customer experience.
  • Design, build, test, deploy and monitor data models and semantic models, following all best practices and team standards and processes.
  • Share knowledge with other team members, playing an active role in the wider data team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data practices, taking on new challenges as the team grows.

What you will bring to GoHenry:

Essential:

  • Very strong knowledge of SQL in a data warehouse environment.
  • Experience building robust and compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau.
  • Good working knowledge of product experimentation techniques and statistical methods.
  • Experience using a data transformation tool such as dbt or Dataform.
  • A curiosity and desire to learn how GoHenry works, and gain a deep understanding of the product structure and business models.
  • Previous experience working as a data analyst, ideally in a B2C environment.
  • A team player fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A hunger to continually improve yourself and others, using the latest technologies such as Claude Code to increase impact.

Desirable:

  • Good working knowledge of BigQuery.
  • Experience building semantic models / knowledge graphs, or a desire to learn.
  • Experience working with event analytic platforms such as Amplitude.
