Innovative Consumer Health Organisation Seeks Data Analyst

An innovative organisation in the consumer health space is looking for a Data Analyst. This fast-growing business uses data-driven insights to deliver meaningful impact through products used internationally across the UK, US, and Canada.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and analyse cohort models to track customer behaviour over time.
  • Develop LTV frameworks and identify high-value customer segments.
  • Track acquisition channels including referrals, word-of-mouth, and paid media.
  • Build and maintain dashboards highlighting key business metrics and subscriber growth.
  • Design surveys and analyse customer sentiment to translate feedback into business actions.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a data-focused role, ideally within e-commerce or DTC.
  • Strong SQL skills and confidence working with complex datasets.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, GA4, Metabase, or similar.
  • Proven experience in cohort analysis, retention, or LTV modelling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
